The Research Administrators Certification Council (RACC) formed in 1993 as an independent non-profit organization. RACC certifies that an individual, through experience and testing, has the fundamental knowledge necessary to be a professional research or sponsored programs administrator.

 Exciting New Changes to All RACC Exams

RACC is excited to announce upcoming changes to the composition, length, and scoring for all three examinations: Certified Research Administrator (CRA), Certified Preaward Research Administrator (CPRA), and Certified Financial Research Administrator (CFRA) beginning fall 2023. These changes will benefit certification candidates by ensuring fairness and consistency across examination cycles.
